What the hell, your booking was not accepted by the hotel

After reaching the hotel they dint accept booking at booked price through your app. Waste of time and energy Why do you take bookings if hotels never accept you

nothing room was not proper clean

First of all change that guy ajmira.so rude doesnt have manners at all.Room was so dirty and he didnt provide another one which was already available. Then I asked my invoice they were unable to provide.
