Mr Satya who was responsible for the restaurant and one of the security personnels there (guy with a pointed mustache) were the only good things about the place. Also worth mentioning is the support received from Mr Vijay who helped answering our queries before we booked the hotel.

Realized to our utter disappointment that the 2 bedroom apartment we booked was located right next to reception! Every time a call comes, every conversation of arriving and departing guests, you get to hear everything. Since the room is on ground floor and next to the road you are 'blessed' with the experience of living on the streets literally! The two bedrooms had separate key cards, but the living room could just be opened by anyone who is at the reception! One of the bathrooms had an aweful stench and even after reporting the issue it never got fully addressed. The smell got worse in the mornings especially from the washbasin. The hotel placed Odonil which added to the bad odour. The shower in the bathroom was not working, the shower knob was falling off. We reported and the hotel corrected it. The paint job was also undone. Add to the above woes, we killed a couple of mosquitoes the day we arrived. The WiFi was not that steady and went off intermittently. In short for a hotel that charged us Rs 7000 per night including taxes was absolutely a complete waste of our hard earned money.

Breakfast was good but not great!

Early check in was assured over the call but when we reached hotel staff charged us 1000rs extra.
