Nthg much to like in the hotel.

Booked for 2room for 6 people for 2k After reaching the property the person didn’t allot 2 room but gave 1 room for 2k which costed 4K for 2rooms. Which is not at all good. We stayed because we didn’t arrange for property trusting the application.

Nothing at all

The staff asked us to contact OYO Rooms service number and have them slot a different hotel because the lights were not working! This was just past midnight. Booking.com service number did not go through. How is a guest supposed to hunt for other hotels at that hour?
