Location & Cleanliness

I am a regular patron of this property for the last 3 years. I love the location and cleanliness of the property. Off late, they started insisting to pay additional money for credit card usage (3%). Apart from that, they push you to cancel the booking on the App and go for direct. I suggest them to have their own website booking option to book directly. If we call them for booking directly, they insist to pay for atleast one day stay in advance. My travel plan might change in the last hour and thats why I prefer Booking App for easy date change etc. A nice property. I would love come back. Hope they address these issues for a better experience.
