Breakfast was excellent. Special shoutout to Sujoy who went above the call of duty to help us with some difficulties.

What I saw on website it was totally different Not happy .

The rooftop bar, breakfast was also not too bad

I booked a suite only to turn up and find a bathroom that looked like it was put together by a 5yr old, there was also next to no water pressure, and when I opened the curtains on my large window I was faced with a concrete wall so close I could literally touch it if the window wasn't there, quite depressing. After complaining about this I am told all suites face this wall and have the same water pressure!! I decided to opt for a downgrade, while smaller, at least it had ducted AC, a window that looked at the main road, and a bathroom that had better water pressure, of course there was no reduction on price to a standard room from the hotel, I was still charged for the suite. Alarmingly one morning I woke to severe itching on my side and saw many little red dots on my body and arms, thankfully after a few hours these subsided. On top of that they tried to charge me for dishes on NYE that were included in the package claiming that we asked for fresh/hot food! Firstly we should be told that asking for hot food over the cold hard crap in the buffet is chargeable and secondly if what ur serving is so old and unappetizing that I request the same thing only fresh, you are clearly doing something very wrong. I had to argue about this for approximately 30minutes on chk out and finally they acknowledged and told me to wait while they get this authorised, I instead walked out as I needed to get to the airport. Totally incompetent front desk staff with no clue on customer service, they lost a what would have been a regular customer over 1000 rupees as I have relatives down the road. One positive is that at least on this visit I didn't encounter any cockroaches unlike my previous stay, none that I saw anyway.

Poorly maintained rooms with overpriced rates. Staff and service very bad. They moved us from room to room two times because of floor damage
