"Bad customer service. Decent hotel but location concerns."

Decent hotel with reasonably clean room.

There is a liquor shop right at the beginning of the street leading to the hotel. I had paid for breakfast on a weekday hoping it would be early. During checkin they mentioned breakfast starts only at 7:30 and I asked for a refund and they refused and said they will have something boxed ready. Nothing was ready and though booking.com said we could make changes during checkin it was not honored. Felt it was a rip off.
