Bathrooms should be better.

Great staff, nice breakfast. The two ladies were sweet.

Our room smelled slightly musty. We appear to have been placed in a triple instead of our requested double. The room was not even included on the tariff sheet. We were also charged 60,000 COP in addition to the final posted Booking.com rate. The safe was broken, and the padlock/doors was certainly not very secure. The "pool" was empty upon arrival, but filled up the following day. No hand towel or bathmat provided.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night, would recommend others to stay longer. Very serene location and kind people.

The property was very beautiful and loved the decoration and whole vibe of the place.

Staff were fantastic. Location is great. Breakfast is very good. Shower was hot.

The description is not accurate. The room is not 45 sq m - more like 12-14 (which it says in a different place). There was no dining area for the room - it’s a shared space. There is no minibar. No views from our room. The bathroom is open to bugs (private though) and there is earth and building detritus in the shower area (decorative?). Weird sink tap stuck in the wall. No fan in the room. Quite a few mosquitoes even though netting is provided. The curtain can’t be opened unless rolled sideways and wedged in the window. Oh and we found a lovely panoramic sitting area with hammocks on the last day - at the back- we thought it was a building site…
