Noting

First hotel very close to temples,cant sleep 4.00 A.M to 7.00 morning No hot water ,shower equipment very poor, toilet also No wi-fi ....every day say ..some problem sorry Breakfast time 8,oo A,m. No air clima,, Cant leave hotel day time before 8.00 A.M because all door lock

The location

Toiletries were not what was on the photo. We turned the fan on and after 5 minutes it fell off the wall. The next day we told someone it was still on the floor 3 days later. Not the first time it had fallen off as there were other holes in the wall. Room never cleaned . When the receptionist was there she was more interested in her phone

Great location, nice rooftop restaurant seating areas, and very reasonable prices for both room & food.

If you accept/understand you are in a city that is over 1000 years old there is nothing to complain about!

Good room, nice rooftop restaurant. Quaint old red brick building blended with the Bhaktapur ambiance. Nicely located right next to the Bhaktapur Durbar Square.

The staff need more training. Arranging a taxi to the airport in the morning seemed like a major challenge. Breakfast is served only after 8 AM. We had to miss the breakfast to get to the airport in time.

A small table in the room and the bathroom for stuff would be nice. Install pads for the chairs and tables in the rooftop restaurant could be a good idea to reduce the noice in the room.

Excellent hotel, perfect location, wonderful view, but the most important are the personnel. Fantastic friendliness and service! Delicious Nepali breakfast and excellent coffee! Thank you. It would be advisable to add a heater in the room during the cold season.

we enjoyed our stay at Empire Hotel. It is centrally located at Bhaktapur. The owner Ashes is very humble and helpful. He himself came to pick us up at Kathmandu airport. The hotel staff is very courteous and food is delicious. breakfast is very filling. A cosy place in the center of bhaktapur.
