"Unhygienic and Unkempt"

The staff was courteous and the location was good.

The room and toilet were untidy. Bedsheets and Pillows were pathetic and unhygienic with hairs and sperm stains. Mattress was very uncomfortable. The fan was running at full speed and no controller was provided.
