Excellent hosts, friendly ,approachable nothing was too much trouble 😁 Would definitely stay again if travelling to Blackpool. Excellent value for money and it even had parking. Cosy little room with good pillows and bedding. Accommodating at breakfast time ,breakfast good value and served swiftly. Their customer service 💯.

There wasn't anything the only criticism was the bed in the room could do with being replaced as it went down on on left side. Parking was slightly cramped but if you're good at parking unlike me, you will be fine .

Close to North Pier and other amenities. Great breakfast choices. Wonderful staff as always. Plenty of space to park our car. Quiet area. Other guests happy to stop for a chat.

Excellent location for Winter Gardens and close to all amenities. Frances and Barbara were lovely hostesses, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely breakfast

My room was quite dated and cramped, but clean
