Location

I booked for 2 adults and a child a day got a t9o with just a double bed

Had good proximity to the whole sea front: - It was only a 5 minute walk away from Central Pier - It was only a 10 minute walk away from Coral island, Houndshill Shopping Centre, and various restraunts - It was located near both bus and tram stops, making it good for public transport purposes

- Cleanliness was very poor - there was lots of hairs and stains on the bed/sheets, which they tried to cover up by just making the bed - but once we had actually folded the quilt over to get into bed we saw all of this uncleanliness!! - There was some holes punched into the wall, perhaps caused by previous tenants (no damages to the room were advertised however) - The TV wasn’t working - whilst advertised as an amenity for us to use, the TV would only work if connected to a different device, with no cables being provided to do so - The bed was very worn in and uncomfortable to sleep in, making lots of creaking noises and felt rather lumpy. Not good for anyone who needs better support when sleeping - The bathroom is tiny, and not like what was pictured on their advert. The sink would keep overflowing if you put the tap on anything more than a tiny flow of water. You couldn’t even fill up the kettle they provided as it wouldn’t fit under the tap to put water in to! - There was no working heating, or hot water, so on what was an already wet and windy weekend away, we were disheartened to be staying in a room that was freezing cold with no heating or ability to have a warm shower! We couldn’t even wash our hands in the sink due to the water being freezing cold (even after leaving the hot water tap running for 10 minutes and testing it periodically to see if the water would warm up any) - The power went off within 20 minutes of us being there. Granted it was out of the owner’s control, but it put even more of a dampener on an already disheartening stay

The room was freezing no heating the tele was constantly glitching when I complained he said owner was on way I new he wasn't coming when it states heating and tele in room I expect them to work so I checked out before I froze

Bedroom window would not close the shower was broken all you could smell was weed

I didn’t like broken beds and filthy bed sheets , and dirty room with no hot water

My room wasn’t even habitable. The roof leaking freely, the room smelt strongly of mold the door was unsafe I had to stay on the floor in my friends room which wasn’t much better it had a broken bed base and was freezing, there was no hot water or heating.

Very disappointed no boiler work no heating no hot water very dirty blood in bed no service shower broken mice all over this hotel should be closed down now
