Room and en suite bathroom were spotless as were all the communal areas. Breakfast was freshly cooked with choice of cereal or cooked breakfast although we did see other people asking for other things like scrambled egg and toast etc. and this wasn't a problem for the kitchen to accommodate. Ray was really friendly and welcoming, as was everyone we met.

Really, not much. Like a lot of accommodation in Blackpool the decor was a bit dated (cream paint over wood chip wallpaper) BUT I completely understand that this is a matter of personal taste and it would be a monumental task to remove , it in absolutely no way will detract from your stay and it certainly won't stop us from returning.
