Nice hotel, nice atmosphere. Very clean, comfy beds. Checkout at 12:00 - enough time to take shower after Ijen tour.

We chose it as hotel before our night trip to Ijen. We expected to have quiet room for good sleep from 20:00 till 0:30am. But it was not possible. In neighboring building somebody played loud drum music so even ear plugs did not help. And morover rooms has only windows facing hotel hall and lobby, you can hear every phone ringing and everybody moving especially if you want to sleep during evening from 20:00 it is not quiet. Nobody speaks good English it was very hard even to get information that breakfast is served from 7-10am, but breakfast bag was very nice. Hotel is far from other restaurants, you can eat only there, but this was ok. Advice for hikers: even if you are good fit hikers and want to see blue fire at Ijen, you should start not later then 1am from hotel beeing at 2:40am at parking under Ijen as going down to crater is very crowded and slow. Ride with our driver was 90min and we had all tickets and medical confirmation ready before our trip.

The restaurant is soooooooo long for take order. It’s crazy.

The room was so big. The staffs are very nice.

It was very noisy from upstairs , we could hear clearly.

Well designed comfortable hotel for short stay.

Could be better if surrounding has more things to see.

Amazing! Great room. Great shower. Good restaurant, good food. Very friendly.

Very inconvenient as Sudden water and power disruptions. no lift.
