The Rooms at Woody Point

Breakfast was outstanding. We appreciated their commitment to sustainability (such as reusable containers and composting). Staff were friendly and helpful, and even over-apologetic when there was a misunderstanding about breakfast on the day of checkout.

The Chalets are clean, comfortable and equipped with everything that you need. The ocean view from the cosy bed is stunning. Definately order breakfast AND dinner, because the food is fresh, local and a kind of mix between traditional and haute quisine. Go for it! Highly recommended! Thx Angus for being such a great host!

There is nothing to moan about!

Well appointed rooms in an excellent location to take in all that Woody Point has to offer.

Cannot speak to anything that we did not like about it.

Owners extremely accommodating!! Rooms were very clean and had all amenities required, excellent selection of tv services, dinner at the hotel was absolutely amazing with home cooked meals prepared by our foodie hosts. Our meal was served on their covered deck overlooking the bay with some great classic music in the background. Location was great, very quiet and within the vicinity of many activities.

The crew through the wide windows, the location near the Heritage Theater where we attended two concerts, and chats with the owner Donna.

It is an hour drive to Gros Morne.

Location was excellent, close to sights restaurants and stores. The view was incredible 360 degrees! The owner was like an old friend. Highly recommend, will go back!
