Hotel Premier Botosani

Am rezervat inițial doar pentru o noapte, pentru că atât aveam în plan. Locația e aproape de Aqua Park (noi de asta am venit la Bt) și multe supermarketuri, cafenele ceea ce a fost foarte convenabil. Ar fi trebuit să plecăm a doua zi, dar am decis să mai prelungim şederea. Au şi restaurant jos, iar prețurile ni s-au părut accesibile și mâncarea gustoasă.

Am vrut să mai stăm încă o noapte și, deși ne-am gândit să căutăm alt hotel, n-am găsit ceva la fel de aproape, așa că am decis să rămânem. Când am ajuns în prima zi, am observat că picura caloriferul și am anunțat la recepție – ni s-a adus un prosop ca să-l punem jos. Seara, când am făcut duș, am constatat că toată apa se scurgea din cabină în baie. Ne-am descurcat folosind prosopul pus dimineață la calorifer, l-am mutat în fața dușului. Doar că acum aveam apă și de la calorifer și de la duș. A doua zi, a venit personalul de curățenie care a fost foarte amabil, ne-au luat prosopul ud, ne-au adus altul curat, au schimbat prosoapele din cameră, ne-au adus hârtie igienică și ne-au întrebat dacă mai avem nevoie de ceva. Ne-au spus că instalatorul e în concediu, dar citisem și comentarii din 2023 despre aceleași probleme, deci nu pare ceva recent. În plus, uscătorul de păr din cameră nu funcționa, m-am bucurat când l-am văzut, dar din păcate nu mergea. Pentru fumători, trebuie menționat că fumatul e permis doar jos, în fața hotelului, unde este o măsuță și un scaun, dar de multe ori spațiul era ocupat. Am vrut inițial să mergem pe terasa de sus, dar era închisă. Nu e ceva grav, dar poate fi deranjant pentru cei care fumează. Per total, au fost și lucruri ok, personalul a fost amabil și prompt, dar și câteva probleme care, din păcate, nu par să fie noi.

The AC didn’t worked, the fridge was unavailable(was there, but didn’t worked). Some employee come to the room and took the fridge in hands and shaked it and talled me it should work.. i was waiting 30 minutes to see if AC and the fridge will work but from the AC it was coming a really bad smell(something dead in installation, i think). And anyway the AC didn’t seem it will chill the room, it was 29 degrees Celsius measured by the room thermostat. After 30 minutes i leaved with my girlfriend becouse we couldn’t stay there with this conditions. It’s June and in Romania it’s really hot in some days. We preferred to search something else despite we are from 150km away.
