Ottima posizione, struttura accogliente, staff gentile e capace di risolvere problemi

Very basic hostal like set up The bistro was closed Breakfast was offered, but it would have been inside, which was too cramped and claustrophobic

Nous avons aimé la chambre qui était propre, grande et avait tout le confort nécessaire. La vue de la chambre sur la rivière était sympa. La chambre pour les enfants étaient très bien.

La rue en bas de l'hôtel même si elle est peu passante, le manque d'insonorisation des portes des chambres (nous avons entendu les autres clients rentrer tard), le personnel moyennement aimable le matin au petit déjeuner (se permet de commenter une phrase que j'ai dit à mon conjoint) et service très lent au bar.

L'emplacement central. Possibilité de stationnement à proximité.

Petit-déjeuner onéreux avec un tarif booking non actualisé. Chambre avec vue mur .

Ruime kamer en badkamer. Airco op kamer aanwezig.

Betaald parkeren direct bij lokatie.

Nice room, good air conditioning and the hotel was in a perfect location .

Breakfast was a little underwhelming.

Room size was big and comfortable bed and nice shower. Location in Brantome was why I initially chose it. It had a lift to floor lower than our floor where room was so some stairs to climb.

Communication could have been better. Was not told that there was a theme park set up right out front that went to 11pm at night. Hotel should have advised us when they found this out and offered opportunity to cancel. We had to park further away and lug our luggage to the hotel. Not great. Could also hear the noise from festivities outside.
