Hotel Tineretului

The location was ok.

BED BUGS. And the staff was not only unhelpful, but started arguing and ridicule us.

Location - excellent, extremely close to Metro, tram, busses; Tineretului Park about 50m away; Staff - very helpful and communicative (they changed our first room, as it had a defective AC and toilet) Bathroom - OK, functional, meeting expectations; Parking - secured parking in the back, access via barrier - very rare in Bucharest, especially on this price range

I'll start by saying that the hotel used to be a student hostel, therefore all the negatives here are somewhat excusable. Room - rather small and cramped; Beds - small and uncomfortable; AC - although working (in our second room), it was noisy and blowing directly over the beds, from a short distance, so we had to turn it off; Noise - the window was on the street side, so, after closing the AC, opening the window meant dealing with the street noise.

Hotel located very close to the metro station. Couples fast food restaurants near hotel. Super market Carrefour - 100 meter
