Sheets, pillows and everything else was completely dirty and full of hair when we got in. Toilet was dirty, bed is hard as rock so we woke up with problems in our back. Air-condition was "working" but it was blowing for 30 seconds and then 10 minutes nothing so it was freezing the entire night. Glasses in the room for drinking were dirty and with marks of someone's mouth. In the room description was written that the room was 193ft but the room was 100-120ft big. We gave 2.0 just because the man at the reception was friendly.
