The location was great for us. Just off the busy streets. Very easy walk to shopping, restaurants & bars.

The housekeeping could have been better. It is not a hotel that provides daily housekeeping & we knew that when we booked. However; fresh towels should be provided at least every 3 days. The hotel should do a “wellness check” every 3 days. Do you need: fresh towels, dish towels, toilet paper.

We were upgrated to a beautiful bungalow, grate garden and very private The owner greated us, was charming, and we had a tour of the grounds

Location and quietness

The room smelled of mildew & mold I bought bleach & cleaned the shower stall floor off of the mold & mildew. We were then able to stay in that room for our whole time instead of being shuffled around from room to room. We also didn’t realize that there was no housekeeping done in our room so doing garage changing our own towels getting toilet paper was kind of a nuisance as you had to track down housekeeping to help you.

Stayed in the Palapa suite and loved it! Open to the air and a beautiful shower with rain head! Then Joe offered us the upgrade to stay in the penthouse suite for our last two nights! Loved the opportunity to try another room! Joe was a really great host!
