I didn’t see the staff, but there was a guy named Mohammad who was very kind and tried to help

There were many things which l didn’t like. We checked in at the 1st of January, it was very dirty and messy. There is no reception so l couldn’t see or talk to the host. We arrived early and tired but had no rooms or lobby to stay at. Though the hosts called me and tried to help and let me keep my luggage’s in a room but it wasn’t safe at all to keep them there without any reservations. The main door is accessible. Any one can enter the property. The property is very far from the center and feels isolated. There was no elevator for the second floor, and the stairs are very dangerous, narrow and slippery. It was really dangerous to go up and down the stairs, especially with kids and our parents. It was a horrible experience.

No reception and cold

We booked a room with double bed. When we got to the location, there was no reception and nobody to help us. We finally found a young boy who couldn’t understand Romanian very well and got on the phone with a lady who told him what room to give us. As we entered the room, there was an opened couch to sleep on, and dome abrupt stairs where supposedly was a bed. We explained that i can not sleep like that and is totally not what we booked, due to the fact that i was to have surgery the next morning for my lombar area. We repeatedly told them that and at some point they told us to “give” them another hour or so for them to practically move somebody from another room into this room and so they can put us in that one. We declined as it didnt feel right to nobody. As i spoke with the lady on the phone, she said she will reimburse me if i cancel. Which i did. Then she said that is not that easy. We chose this hotel because it is located close to the hospital where i needed to be at 06:30 the next morning.

The location was excellent for our needs. Close to airport, close to embassy. The room was fairly clean and spacious. Was silence while we stayed there.

Lack of breakfast. The place is above a ballroom and might get noisy if they have some events there. The air-conditioning flow is direct above the bed and can't keep it on during the night. During hot summer days can be a problem.
