The position close to the tram, quiet, quite clean

The bed sheets were coming off very easily and the shower could be cleaner.

Price was ok for what was required Rooms are spacious

Poor bedding and uncomfortable mattress/pillows Shower cubicle had a leak so would flood the entire bathroom.Mentioned to reception and only response was “have you used the shower on full?” , don’t really understand how that has anything to do with a leak in the cubicle floor but there your go…
