Très joli hôtel sur le chemin de Compostelle. Le lit était très bien ce qui m'a permis de bien me reposer.

The room and location was really good

The staff were stressed because it was Spanish Mother’s Day and they were fairly short and impatient and inflexible when dealing with us

Really nice, clean, modern room. A very comfortable stay. Had a charming enclosed balcony with partial view of church next door. Nice elevator. Had coffee and toast for breakfast at downstairs bar (limited breakfast selection).

Arrived into Cacabelos on a Sunday afternoon and had difficulty finding food and groceries. The only grocery store open at all had limited Sunday hours and most restaurants were closed. Hostal Siglo XIX wasn't much help in providing recommendations for food. A couple of elderly women went out of their way to be friendly & helpful, but most others in town seemed rather unwelcoming to visitors.

Very clean, kind staff, and right next door to the lavanderia and farmacia. Perfect Camino stay!
