Centennial Hotel

The bathroom we had with the twin ground floor room was substandard. It got very wet and did smell after using. It was an accessible bathroom but we didn’t require this .we only needed twin beds. The shower was underwhelming

Excellent location and great that there is free, onsite parking for guests which is hard to get in central cities. The front of house staff are so friendly and welcoming and have a great knowledge of attractions etc to visit and places to eat/drink.

The breakfast staff were very friendly but they rushed us through the breakfast even though we got in the dining room They brought over our hot food before we’d even finished our cereal/fruit ! We felt uncomfortable and obliged to eat and run.

Stayed last week and this week for work. Usually in Premier Inn Travelodge Hell so nice to be somewhere more individual and quirky. It's a converted row of Victorian houses knocked together. Both times I was in an attic room so not exactly spacious (No complaints I knew this on booking) all stairs are narrow and steep so bare in mind if you have wobbly legs but it had all you look for as a regular no frills business traveller. comfy bed, crisp bedding, hot shower and spotlessly clean. Staff really friendly as well. Not particularly cheap but it is Cambridge so has big tourist market. Nicely placed for restaurant choices in Hills Rd and Mill Rd- the foodie royal mile of the city
