The staffs in coffee / dining areas are very helpful and polite.

The staffs at the welcome desk needs to be more friendly and helpful. Your company might want to consider investing in training to them. In my opinion front desk staffs should know is going on in their city to be able to help and advise their guests. I was disappointed.

"Great Location but Below Average Hotel Room"

Pro: Location. Friendly Staffs. Coffee Shop right in front of the hotel. Rooftop coffee shop. Nice view of the park.

Con: Rats in the hotel rooms. Dirty Bedsheets (had to call the housekeeper to change the bedsheets and blankets 2 times). No closet to put the clothes in. No safety deposit box. Refrigerator is small and not cold. Bathroom is super small. The toilet is inside the shower. The room smells moldy and old.
