The suite we had was very comfortable and well appointed. We had a large room with plenty of space to relax. We were on the roadside but with the doors closed you couldnt hear the road. In a room this large 75m - its a bit limiting to have jyst one sink! Large bed, and comfortable. Tge linen had some synthetic fibre as did the towels which isn't to everyone's liking. The breakfast was extensive the coffee not great but we are from Aus so perhaps have high expectations. Food was generally great.

The arrival is poor, the reception not signed from the car park so abit confusing initially. We had to WAIT 10 mins in reception which was abandoned and had used dinner plates and cups on the reception desk which gives an unkept and uncared for impression. Not sonething yiu expect at this orice point. Cups and plates left arounf the pool another example of a bit of lack if ATD.we had issues with our TV which were reported on the first night and not resolved so we had to report again. This is probably a specific staff issue not systemic. These little points bring the overall impression down - and first impressions last. Would I come again if I was in the area - probably yes.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. Location is great and views are really nice. I'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Our stay at Hotel Creu de Tau was one of the highlights of our time in Mallorca. Our room was spacious, clean, and had quality furnishings including a very comfortable bed. Watching the sunset on our balcony overlooking Capedpera and the Castle was a great way to end each day. The common areas such as the pool, spa, restaurant, and bar are all beautiful, unique, and integrate the history of the building extremely well, providing a classical Spanish feel while being modern where appropriate. Aside from the amazing rooms and unique property, the service from the staff was excellent and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Roberto especially went above and beyond multiple times providing world-class hospitality making us feel like more than just guests. Breakfast service was delicious and we ate one dinner at the restaurant which was also incredible especially given the price and convenience of it being right inside the hotel. There are no negatives of this hotel besides maybe the location which essentially requires a car but after driving around Mallorca all day and fighting the crowds we were happy to return to our quiet hotel with a spacious, free parking lot situated a short drive away from the crowded Cala Ratjada.
