The hotel is beautifully presented. The rooms are very well designed and laid out. Staff were v attentive but unintrusive which is nice. Restaurant is great. Its in a quiet village which we enjoyed.

On arrival it is difficult to know where the entrance is and there was no help with luggage. We didn't really mind and this was really a small detractor.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our babymoon, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and luxurious. The hotel had a calming scent throughout, and the atmosphere was both serene and welcoming. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had all the facilities we could have wished for. It was a real sanctuary, especially in the July heat of Mallorca - cool, airy, and incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness was absolutely next level - everything felt pristine. Parking outside was completely effortless, and access to the pool and spa was just as easy. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were the perfect temperature, and the cabanas added an extra touch of bliss. We spent hours just relaxing and soaking up the peaceful vibes. The towels were of amazing quality, soft and plush - a small detail that really added to the feeling of luxury. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. The hotel manager made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. He was genuinely friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about making guests feel at home. The receptionists were just as amazing - always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. It’s rare to feel such warmth from a hotel team, and it really showed that they enjoy working there. Overall, it was a beautiful experience. The spacious interiors and calming design made a real difference, and the location was perfect for staying cool and relaxed. I would absolutely come back – and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape.

One thing we missed was a cold plunge or a small cold bath in the spa area - something that would have made the wellness experience even more complete. I also booked a "Mom-to-be" massage, and unfortunately, this was a bit disappointing. The therapist spoke very limited English, which made it hard to communicate preferences or ask questions. I would recommend that future guests take the time to clearly communicate any sensitivities or needs before the treatment. In my case, the therapist used a lot of oil that didn’t agree with my skin, and I was asked to lie on my back for an extended period, which isn’t ideal or comfortable during pregnancy - something I was surprised wasn’t taken into consideration. Lastly, while the hotel itself is stunning and luxurious, the food and restaurant service didn’t quite live up to the same standard. We expected more from both the dishes and the staff, especially given the quality of the rest of the hotel experience. That said, none of these issues overshadowed our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here!

Friendly and relaxed staff, beautiful and clean venue, fresh spacious rooms and good bed, spa, good food and it is really tranquil. More than enough space for the amount of people they can host. So a perfect place to relax and recover. The little place close by is also nice.

Excellent location . Walking distance to the town Capdepera where you can find restaurants & bars. The room was fantastic. Spacious, very comfortable, great balcony. Breakfast was great! The hotel parking was big and very convenient. Service was friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and did roadtrips during the day to the south east and the north of the island . Had a great night sleep in the room .
