WiFi is poor. Sometimes doesn’t work at all. They are trying to improve the WiFi. No progress yet. Great staff and service.🙏

The front desk was quite helpful in getting us a tour.

Not that we watched much tv, but when we did we found there was no available cable. We could stream.

Wonderful location near Ayala Cebu! Loved the simple design, historical writings, and Cebuano Bible. Hospitable staff! A quieter AC, closed curtains, and visible mineral water would improve the stay. :)

Excellent staff. Always responsive, attentive, professional, and classically warm Filipino style. The room itself is spacious. There were some construction works nearby but they relocated me. Overall good value for money too. Near Ayala mall.

Staff were kind and very attentive. Hotel was clean and beds were nice. Breakfast was okay but if you are spending more days at the hotel, the options are 4 only. We could have enjoyed a buffet breakfast even with simple dishes only. I am not sure if there was a party place outside the hotel or a bar maybe but there was loud music until 2AM. The noise kept us awake so it is kinda upsetting if you are trying to rest after a tiring day.

Excellent property and staff. We will definitely use this hotel again in the future.
