Family Hotel Shoky

Good value for the money. The hotel is located on a wide road (for Chepelare) with new pavement. There are a lot of free parking spaces nearby. The staff was cooperative. Our room had a medium sized balcony with mountain view. For me the beds are comfy.

My colleague considered his bed as uncomfortable. We had to wait a few minutes for the hot water in our bathroom to flow (don't know what the problem was). The toilet seat always fell when we lifted it up. The showerhead started spinning when we turned the water on (bad holder). You need to hold it in your hand. Small beakfast selection and it is not included in the price of the accommodation.

We are a family of 6. We had 2 rooms connected by a balcony. The rooms are clean. The view of the mountains is great. The hotel owner is very nice and helpful.

Terrible food. Very basic shower.

I like how hard the owners of the hotel worked to make my stay lovely. The food was fresh and well cooked.
