Hello, I have checked into the hotel I booked through your platform. However, upon arrival, the hotel front desk informed me that the upgraded room type advertised online does not exist. The hotel only has one type of room, but on your website, the original room price was 273.60 RMB, and I upgraded to a room priced at 305.10 RMB due to the promotion. Since the hotel confirmed they do not have such an upgraded room, please refund me the additional amount charged. Thank you
