Convenient location, good value food, clean room, plenty of towels and temperature just right!

Poor staffing (nice staff just not enough)

Stayed here overnight, prior to our flight from Birmingham Airport. Save dashing down the M6 on the morning of our flight. Rooms were spotless and very comfy, well proportioned. Great food and drink at The Swan, and excellent breakfast in the morning. Took all the stress away, of getting to the Airport on time.

Nothing, all good.

Noisy delivery people in the morning,but only once.

Comfortable bed and close to where I needed to be

Too many stairs we had 4 flights of stairs to go up and we are both physically disabled Only one chair in room when a double room is for 2 people

Convenience for airport

Rooms had no soundproofing. Could hear every word of the telephone conversation next door and hear him snoring through the night
