The property was amazing, also the location with the lake view, absolutely beautiful.

I remembered the staff about my father's birthday and prepared together a surprise cake for him. Once we got there and served our food, the waiter came and asked if we need plates for the cake and ruined the whole surprise. Not to mention that he was very rude with my father when he kindly asked him if he could cut the cake slices for everyone that was present at the restaurant as they were all amazing people.The waiter then rudely turned the back to my father without saying a word. Very disrespectful and especially on his birthday. If the waiter doesn't enjoy his work then he should quit and not making everyone else uncomfortable.

One of the best places I stayed in Romania! Exceptional quality of all things around, large apartment including fully featured kitchen, electric fireplace, 2 high quality smart TVs etc. The staff is also super nice, friendly yet professional. Tasty food for breakfast and lunch with a lot of options for various tastes and diets. The SPA area is great with the saunas, massage etc but probably the best experience here is the outdoor heated pool! Being outside at -10 degrees Celsius, in hot water, surrounded by snow and seeing the mountains and lake nearby was definitely a special experience!

Everything was exceptional. We had the platinum appartment with insane view. The decoration inside and outside of this place was awesome. The food was delicious. We had our own fire place, we got surprised with free drinks from the house and also with an awesome camp fire and a guitar singer. I enjoyed evey second being there.
