Well maintained and conducted business. Clean and new dry sauna Roof top swimming pool

Even the panorama is superb due high positioning on surrounding, location is not at the lake border (as other very good hotel with similar amenities and nearby, have).

The apartment was very big. The heating did it's job very good and was nice and cosy (i'm mentioning this because i had problems in the past in other locations and i think people should know if they are going in the winter). Excellent location with a very nice view. Very friendly staff. Very clean. The breakfast was very good.

The mattress of the bed wasn't very comfortable, also the pillows. The main parking was big but not big enough for all of the guests and the access to the second parking lot was full of snow and couldn't been used, at least not by a normal car. At the reception is big list with all the prices where its says that the breakfast is included in the price but nobody told me that the guest that made a booking.com reservation will have to pay for it. Wasn't much, about 80 euro for 2 persons for 3 days, but i wanted to know this little detail before the checkout.

The place is amazing and hot swimming pool is spectacular.

The stuff of the hotel is not the best one. They could be more assertive and available.
