Service - Cleanliness - Politeness and straightforwardness of staff and room service persons. I received good guidance.

Windows are not gauzed to prevent the entry of mosquitoes. I needed to keep the windows closed during the night. Before booking online, when contacted over the phone personally the staff who took the phone didn't hear properly and completely and answered disappointing to the caller.
