The location is fantastic, and the area is great. There are many restaurants and bars around. Owners were friendly and helpful, to an extent.

If I came to Vinh in summer I would have liked the experience more and I would relate to what other guests have written about the hotel, but we came in the middle of winter, and the experience was horrible. It was 10 degrees outside, and 10 degrees inside. There was no hot water, there were no blankets. When I asked for blankets, the owner gave me 2 more bed covers, which are a cotton thread thin. The only good thing was a kettle. I boiled some water and drank hot water to warm up a little. We run away from the hotel as early as we could.
