1. The manager asked me to do offline book at a higher rate. 2. Water in bathroom was not there 3. The room which was showed in picture and in actual were very different

Cleanliness of floors.

Staff behaviour should be gentle. Bill with GST should be provided. No chair inside room. Cloth hanger to be installed in bathroom. Owner should take more patience to convince customer about mismatch of Price with online. Check out time need to be improved.

Small room Every voice was audible from outside No hand wadh or anything available in the room Didn't meret my expectations which was in the photos of hotel
