"Excellent stay in Ditchling"

Welcoming staff. Small room but really clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed including a Nespresso machine and a Roberts radio. Fully equipped bar. Clean and modern bathroom with good shower pressure Excellent breakfast. Restaurant/ pub was full (Thursday evening). Really good food!

Lovely pub with comfortable rooms and nice garden. Well prepared breakfast and dinner options.

Main road is noisy. Take earplugs.

"Mixed bag, staff great, bedroom needed refit and better maintenance."

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Staff were very helpful Bathroom was modern, clean and shower worked well.

Main issue was that the room was too hot, the fan not good enough, unable to open the window because of the noise of cars outside. Consequently had a poor night's sleep. Also, the room was cramped, had an enormous mirror, two baskets of alcohol and glasses. The curtain/blind worked badly, window opened precariously.
