Rio Lindo Hotel

La ubicación es excelente, muy conveniente para moverse y acceder a distintos puntos de interés. Sin duda es lo más destacado del hotel.

El aseo en general no fue el mejor. Durante la estadía se fue la luz, lo que también nos dejó sin agua. La atención del personal podría mejorar. El desayuno se servía frío. La piscina no estaba en buen estado de limpieza. El espacio de parqueo es limitado y, si no hay campo disponible, es necesario estacionar en la calle.

This was a bare bones room that met our basic needs. We were notified ahead of time of a birthday party that was happening there and that it would go all night - it really did. We were kindly offered to be relocated elsewhere in town but decided that Rio Lindo met all of our needs and so declined the offer. In the morning, the cook had called in sick so the breakfast was not happening at the hotel. Instead, we were directed to have breakfast across the street at Mono Congo at the hotel’s cost. We had an excellent breakfast there! All in all, what could have been poor experience was actually very good. We also enjoyed having a pool. We would definitely stay there again.

Would have liked to have had a fridge of some sort.

Maurizio welcomed us and took perfect care of us all the time! The open bar at the entrance is amazing, serving excellent cocktails up to the pool. The pool is excellent and the area around it used for the breakfast or restaurant is cosy and lively. Open kitchen with very good ovens!

That we had to leave..

Sehr sauber, sehr nette Leute, leckeres Essen und Frühstück, ein paar Parkplätze zu wenig in meine Augen das war aber alles.

Las amenidades que posee el lugar, así como el desayuno.

Sería muy positivo que si se permite la llegada con bastante anticipación al check-in, se priorice la disponibilidad de esa habitación para la estadía. Esto ayudaría a evitar tiempos de espera prolongados, especialmente cuando no hay respuesta del personal por más de 45 minutos. Mientras otros hacían el check in sin ningún problema.

Cafe da manhã tradicional da Costa Rica e a piscina muito bonita. Teve música ao vivo no bar.

The Appartement has no coffeemaker.

Very loudly, you can hear neighbors, road, music from the bar, people talking on the street at 5am. Hotel even provide earplugs No fridge

The Outdoor pool was a great spot to hang out and relax. The bar and restaurant had a really good selection

Be mindful that this is very close to the highway. It was fine but if you are a light sleeper , be aware of the transports coming down the hill using the engine break at night. Overall, still a very good value for the money, given how nice it is to relax at this place.
