De omgeving, de klantvriendelijkheid en de kamers... Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ons vast hotel als tussenstop als we op bezoek gaan in Utrecht. Een dikke 10 voor het charmante personeel

"Heel leuk verblijf."

Mooie nette kamer. Prima bed. Alles aanwezig. Hele mooie locatie en rustig (mei). Prima uitzicht over de haven. Terrasstoeltjes aanwezig. Personeel aan receptie heel erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt goed, ook correcte prijs. Ook de Koestering (bistro) bij hotel heel leuke lekkere gerechten op kaart. Goede bediening. Ruime gratis parking.

VVV kantoor naast receptie - zaterdag bezocht maar deze man was niet zo behulpzaam.

De kamer was krap en de gordijnen konden niet helemaal dicht, omdat ze niet breed genoeg waren.
