It was surprising to find such a gem of a place in this little town in the middle of nowhere in the black forest. The place was packed. The restaurant had a creative menu and the service was exceptional. Amazing!

Lovely location and rooms. Breakfast outstanding and the restaurant downstairs cosy and welcoming

Not used to road noise, so we had to keep windows shut overnight

Very friendly staff! Extremely nice and helpful. Clean comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast.

Like most hotels in the region it has no air conditioning. Not a problem usually but we were there in the hottest part of August. It was ok in the evening with the window open but there was some traffic and pedestrian noise.
