I like the location. And the staff was very friendly

The rooms are not clean!! We had to go buy stuff to tidy up. Unfortunately we had no choice but to stay at this location because EVERYTHING was bookes in the area for JH State Championships. And it was the only thing we could find that was 30 mins from the arena and that was affordable. And not $800-$1,000 for 2 nights. The first night we stayed i woke up at 4 in the morning to bits on my left hand and one on my right wrist. Thought it was a spider bit.....Boy was I WRONG!! second morning woke up and my hand was completely swollen! Went to a urgent care and it was BED BUGS!!!! We had to go buy brand new clothes treat everything we had in the motel and in our car. Before we could even head home!!! WHICH WAS THREE AND A HALF HOURS AWAY!!! We should have been home at 7pm. And just now getting home at 1:30a.m. All because we stayed there spent WAY MORE MONEY!! Had to find a laundry matt and everything!!!🤦🏼‍♀️ what a complete nightmare. Also no continental breakfast! Some old stale cereal thats about all you get!!!! Please dont stay here!

It was gross, unkept, in poor condition had dirty stained sheets and heat did not work as well as very drafty windows

Hotel needs alot of work. Outdated, smells bad , and no microwave

a few walls were bowed out and looking like they were about to burst, water damage? also there was an unlocked door to the room next which felt terribly unsafe. the temperature was uncomfortable as well.

Location of the hotel was great. Lots of places to eat and shop at, very close by.

The halls smelled of smoke and the room was not the best. We had to use our own sheets and blankets because of cigarette burns. Bathroom had visible mold. The beds themselves were comfortable, just the level of cleanliness was not to our standard. Adequate for the price paid.

It’s very dirty. Weird stains on couch. Sheets are itchy, the door that connects to the room beside yours doesn’t lock. Mold in the bathroom. Rust stains dripping down the shower, hole in bathroom ceiling.

The location was good.

Didn't see any breakfast. The room door was very hard to open, from inside and outside. The bathroom door would not close the whole way, due to the window AC unit being plugged in the bathroom outlet.
