The place and surroundings are exceptionally beautiful, nice and close to the lake but far enough not to hear the street. The room is a little house, very very pretty. Beautiful huge and comfy bed with a pretty looking and almost working mosquito net. The personnel is super nice and when they washed our clothes they even folded them and put the socks together with is a sweet detail.

Our biggest problem was the lack of a mosquito net in front of the big open "window". like this in the morning and evening we cannot put on lights or the (many!!) mosquitos come in. This is a rather easy thing that should absolutely be improved. We also found the price of the washing to be twice as high as in previous hotels

L’emplacement du bungalow avec les sons de la jungle autour! Le personnel très chaleureux et à disposition pour donner des informations sur les horaires des collectivos ou nous organiser une navette pour l’aéroport à 05:30 du matin,… Nous avons mangé sur place le soir, le repas était très bon Le lac de Petén à proximité (pas directement accessible depuis l’hôtel)

Il n’était pas possible de régler la température de l’eau dans la douche.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and were overall satisfied with the great value for money. Our bungalow was clean and spacious, which we really appreciated. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

The main issue was the curtains. There were curtains, but they were very thin and didn’t provide enough privacy. As our bungalow was on the ground floor, anyone outside could see inside at night when the lights were on. Sound insulation is also poor. If you have noisy guests staying above you, it can quickly become a problem. We were lucky the first two nights, but on the third night a VERY noisy family with two kids woke us up several times. Finally, the hotel is a bit far from the city center (about 20 min. walk).
