Very friendly and helpful personnel. The room was rather quiet. Good breakfast. The hotel is well-situated with lots of restaurants around, a tram station nearby and the city center still in walking distance.

Wifi (in terms of ease of use and performance). The pillows were very thick (but I got a thinner one upon asking).

Good location and breakfast. Parking is off site but easy walking distance.
