Hotel Borj Mogador

Bester Service von allen drei Mitarbeiter die ich kennenlernen durfte , vorallem der Frau. (Die Dachterrasse war auch sehr schön, leider erzählte mir keiner etwas davon und ich entdeckte sie erst am letzten tag )

Tres bon acceuil et trés bon rapport qualite prix

Accueil sympathique. Chambre agréable, À 20min à pieds de la médina.

Chambre côté rue un peu bruyante à certaines heures (calme la nuit)

J ai bcp aimé la propreté et l emplacement

Surtout le monsieur de la nuit qui fait ma reception

Staff at the hotel are great. Welcoming and professional. My room was cleaned every day too. Guys in the cafe downstairs are also very friendly, helpful and kind. It's roughly a 30 min walk to the beach and medina but all taxi journeys are 8 MAD, hence very cheap and a large supermarket, Carrefour, is just 10 mins walk from the hotel in the opposite direction.

Although I knew the towels had been washed, everything is pretty old, so they're grey instead of white. Also, my room was on the first floor, at the front of the hotel, so the noise from the busy main road outside was constant and the tv in the downstairs cafe was so loud for the football it felt as if the match was being played in my room! There is a loud "ding dong" bell sound that goes off every time someone steps through the front door entrance, which was beneath my room. Very irritating! Surely this could be switched off at night?! Otherwise, everything was fine.
