A localização, o serviço de limpeza e a atenção do funcionário da recepção são excelentes. Numa visão geral, o custo-benefício do hotel consegue se manter em relação aos da mesma região. As toalhas são boas.

Os equipamentos do quarto, como chuveiro e ar condicionado poderiam ser melhores. A pressão da tubulação é muito baixa, o que pode promover o entupimento dos vasos e má higiene.

Café da manhã com boa variação e itens de qualidade.

Inicialmente a falta de limpeza do quarto, após reclamação na recepção passou a ser feita, mas de forma precária!!! Do primeiro ao último dia a limpeza passou muito longe da ideal.
