AC was not cooling even at 16. Fan speed at 4 was also not effective

The manager was very friendly and talked to us every day, making us feel welcome. One day, we had an hour-long conversation about Indian culture, religion and surrounding topics. Staff were well-trained and attentive. The property is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The room was spacious, clean, very comfortable, and quiet at night. The bed was big and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well.

Decent hotel for this area. Rooms are clean and comfortable and face a quiet street so there’s not much noise. There’s a store complex nearby that includes a Dominos and other restaurants that appear to have good hygiene.

The bathroom smell was awful, and the bathroom needed a deep clean and a new shower curtain. Aside from the hotel - as first time westerners in India, we did not enjoy Haridwar. My recommendation would be to stay in Rishikesh instead and do the Ganga Aarti there.

It’s neat and clean. Value for money.
