"Welcoming"

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean hotel. Very tasty breakfast with Indian food. Nice terrace to enjoy coffee and food. Quite location.

An air conditioner was not working but a heater was provided in a short time.

"Wonderful place to stay in Haridwar"

One of the cleanest places to stay in India! The terrace is very peaceful with lots of plants. Staffs are very friendly and kind, especially Vivek and Arindam helped me a lot.

"Best value for money"

Room was clean and quiet. Awesome position close to the train station as well. We were lucky that they've upgraded us as well. It is definitely the best value for money in India. Staff is polite and helpful. Food is great as well.

Kitchen timing could be improved. Expect 40minutes turn around but it is written on the paper.

"Great stay in Haridwar"

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. Good location and a pleasant walk through the lively market right in the streets to the sacred site of Har Ki Pauri. We were very satisfied.

Proximity to train station in fairly quiet back street

No option for Western tastes at breakfast, Indian only. Although Wi-Fi signal in hotel, unable to connect to outside internet practically all the time, this was a major issue not only for myself and caused big problems. Was pointed out on numerous occasions to no avail, BEWARE
