Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass mir glutenfreie Brötchen extra aufgebacken wurden. So war der Aufenthalt für mich mit Zöliakie sehr angenehm. Vielen lieben Dank

Alles war super

I've stayed in the hotel a few times. The staff is very kind and professional. The breakfast is fine. It's clean. The gym is OK - they even provide free water and towels in it. The location is very good. Has a convenient underground parking, reasonably priced. Despite I am not completely happy with the hotel I would stay there again.

The beds linen is terrible - I do not know if any of the managers would even think to put such thing in their homes. At least it can be properly sized for grownups! The bathroom cabinets are leaking water on the floor - uncomfortable. The policy with the towels could be amended as well - another pair would be great, given some guests might want to take a shower twice, and the floor needs wiping or the water will go in the room.

Sehr alte Möbel. Das Zimmer hat leider nach Rauch gestunken was nicht so optimal mit Baby war.

Freundlicher Empfang, zweckmässige Zimmerausstattung (inkl. Kühlschrank zum selber füllen), schönes Bad, bequemes Bett (ausser den Kissen – es gab zwar zwei verschiedene, aber beide waren mir zu fest), alles einwandfrei sauber.

Ich war nur eine Nacht da, sonst hätte ich nach weicheren Kissen gefragt (und wahrscheinlich bekommen, das Hotel scheint recht guten Kundendienst zu bieten).

Freundlicher Empfang, sehr gutes Frühstück.
