El excelente trato de todo el personal sin excepción, cualquier cosa que preguntabas o pedías te respondían con extraordinaria amabilidad y se esforzaban al máximo por tratar de hacer tu estancia mas confortable. Esta actitud marca la diferencia y contribuye a sentirse como en casa. Adicionalmente el diseño del Hotel y las amenidades complementan una experiencia maravillosa.

"Cosas buena y cosas no tan buenas"

-Cercanía a la playa. -Las instalaciones. -Los desayunos. -El trato del personal.

-No me gustó saber que por mascota se cobre un adicional, cuando no hay mayor información a la hora que se reserva. Se debe indicar en Booking mayor información, para evitar sorpresas a los huéspedes cuando llegan y se hace el check-in. -No me gusto tener que dejar en papel la información de alguna tarjeta de crédito o débito, por temas relacionados a daños. Este tipo de información es muy sensible y no se sabe el control que llevan con la información. Pienso que para este tema esta la plataforma de Booking.com y ahí se pueden hacer los cobros correspondientes. -Las habitaciones pese a que tiene su área de cocina, no es un lugar óptimo para cocinar, la cual no tiene plantilla eléctrica o ha gas, ni tampoco un sartén eléctrico.

"Oasis close to the beach"

We had a huge room with pretty nautical decor. The restaurant onsite, Peppers, was delicious. The staff were so friendly and the pool was perfect for the kids. You can walk ten minutes or drive to la playa herradura. You can drive to Jaco in ten minutes, playa blanca or Tarcoles in 30 min. Parking is easy but not covered so will get hot.
