Beachfront location We were provided with matresses and towels for the sunbeds. The hosts are very kind people.

The rooms were quite basic but I don't think you can expect more for that price and location. They built the bathroom a bit strangely with a super even floor so that the water distributes across the floor instead of draining.

"Great beach hotel experience"

The location is great with a top class swimming beach (direct access) with beach shelter huts. The staff and family provided a professional hospitality experience. Thank you, we would be keen to visit again. The hotel had a dedicated tuk tuk service available and is in close proximity to all attractions in the area.

Wifi strength,however a Sri Lankan local data simcard works great.We used Dialog.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beach and the lawn were swept every morning. Location 2 kilometres from downtown was nice and quiet.

Everything was exactly what we expected so absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

We have the beach for our own disposal and the See is just like a spa with the water whips. We didn't chanse to see the full Sunset but the place is ideal for this.

It was great finish of my sightseeing trip around Sri Lanka. Room was clean and well prepared. Stunning view of to the beach and sea from the room, which is really just few steps in front of hotel. Big and delicious breakfast freshly prepared. Sunbed prepared for me as I asked for. Personal made me feel like at home as all of them are very helpful and customer oriented. Shelton, owner of the hotel, even went to Hikkaduwa town and bought for me train ticket for my departure. Highly appreciated!!! Highly recommend to everyone stay here if you plan to go to Hikkaduwa
