Pathetic experience, i have booked by boking.com with the discounted rate, the person at reception said we do not give rooms with such rate , but now as you have booked take a non ac room , he gave me the room which was very bad and stinking , eisting hairs on pillows , no lock in cupboards, no light in room , no water to drink , they are doing water business and selling waterbottles, no room service , TV was show off not working , no lift , very bad experience
